Carliso SA was founded with the aim of developing green building projects in the Ticino region, offering valuable housing solutions that integrate the most modern technologies available on the market in terms of environmental sustainability and energy saving.<\/p>

Our projects are designed and built to meet current and future market needs, with a focus on the needs of those who wish to live in a healthy, comfortable and sustainable environment.<\/p>

We are constantly researching and adopting innovative technologies aimed at reducing and optimizing the cost of running homes. The term green building or green architecture refers to the way of designing, constructing and operating a building in a way that is in line with the principles of environmental sustainability, reducing negative impacts on the environment.<\/p>

Green building design involves reducing the building’s energy consumption so as to impact the environment (and finances as well) as little as possible.<\/p>

Wellness is key: a green home must provide a healthy and comfortable environment for its inhabitants.<\/p>

What are the principles of green building?<\/span><\/h1><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Quality of life, energy conservation and environmental sustainability are the three principles on which the discipline of bioarchitecture is based.<\/p>

Three simple, and for some trivial, starting points from which to work out any type of design that respects the dictates of modern green building.<\/p>

In a traditional building, more than 60 percent of heat loss occurs from masonry walls, reducible with the application of a “coat,” but still extremely higher than the loss of materials used in green building, namely wood and glass, which moreover offer natural thermoregulation for our well-being.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our project will have the highest use of green technologies to minimize energy consumption and to self-produce (within the limits of current legislation) the energy needs necessary for its operation.<\/p>

We will employ photovoltaics, traditional or with new technologies with lower visual and structural impact (photovoltaic tiles), inverter systems with two-way charging columns for optimizing the storage of the energy produced, heat pumps, low-temperature underfloor or forced-air heating, cooling by chilled water circulation and forced ventilation, without the use of air conditioning.<\/p>

Home automation will be the complement to the best management of systems to optimize and avoid every bit of waste, such as when the property is empty, for a long period (vacations) or even at certain times of the day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
